1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Solvio solutions ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and transaction PIN. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Investment Plans

The Platform offers various investment plans with specified returns, durations, and payout intervals. While returns are structured as described, all investments carry inherent risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should only invest funds you can afford to risk.

5. Deposits & Payments

Deposits are made via cryptocurrency. You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct wallet address on the correct network. Funds sent to incorrect addresses or networks cannot be recovered. Deposits require admin verification before investments are activated.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to review and approval. Processing times may vary. Withdrawal fees may apply as displayed at the time of request. The Platform reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals.

7. Early Termination

Investments may be subject to a lock period. Early cancellation requests may incur a termination fee as specified in the Platform settings. Accrued but unrealized earnings may be forfeited upon early termination.

8. Referral Program

Users may earn referral commissions by inviting others to the Platform. Commission rates are set by the Platform and may be modified at any time. Self-referrals and fraudulent referral activity will result in account suspension and forfeiture of commissions.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: use the Platform for money laundering or illegal activities; create multiple accounts; manipulate or exploit the referral system; attempt to access other users' accounts; interfere with the Platform's operation or security.

10. Account Suspension

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in suspicious activity, or fail identity verification. Suspended accounts may have withdrawals frozen pending investigation.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses resulting from market conditions, technical failures, unauthorized account access due to user negligence, or force majeure events. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by you.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification.
